Feb. 1 for March issue

May 1 for June issue

July 15 for Sept. issue

Nov. 1 for Dec. issue

Word documents are preferable, but the editor is able to work with most of the common word processing programs. Don't let the fact that you prefer a different application from MS Word deter you from submitting! The editor will work with you.
