The Audubon Society of Missouri's
Wild Bird List Forum
The ASM has made available an e-mail "listserv" service for interested
birders. This service is available to anyone with an e-mail connection to the Internet.
It provides up-to-the-minute information from birders throughout Missouri, the opportunity
to ask questions, and to hold conversations of interest about birds and birding.
IMPORTANT
When subscribing or unsubscribing, it is important that the format of your email
be set to PLAIN TEXT. Some programs allow Rich Text or HTML, but these two formats
have been known to confuse the listserve software.
Additionally, your command should be in the BODY of your message, NOT the subject
line. Leave the subject line empty.
Finally, the only thing in the body of your message should be your command. Do NOT
include any signature or other text.
Once you send this email, you will receive an email from the Listserve computer
asking you to CONFIRM your subscription. You MUST confirm your subscription intent
within 48 hours by replying to the email. If you do not, the subscription process
is canceled.
If this process still doesn't work for you, contact our list owners, Susan Hazelwood
and David Scheu, at mobirds-l-request@po.missouri.edu.
To subscribe send the e-mail message:
SUBSCRIBE MOBIRDS-L your name
to LISTSERV@PO.MISSOURI.EDU
To unsubscribe send the message:
SIGNOFF MOBIRDS-L
to LISTSERV@PO.MISSOURI.EDU
To search for past listserv messages, visit the MOBIRDS-L Archive.
